On one of the most sought-after streets in Northern Tel Aviv stands the boutique project, Yeshayahu 44. This intimate boutique building was constructed under Tama 38. It involved the demolition and rebuilding of 2 old buildings within walking distance to the famous Park HaYarkon.
Precise and stunning, the Yeshayahu Street 44 Project in Tel Aviv exhibits that you don’t necessarily need a large land area in order to build a boutique project that makes all your dreams come true. This intimate project was part of a demolition and rebuilding project between two adjacent buildings that shared a wall. Despite the small lot and the adjacent building’s common wall, the project architects (Fisher Lebenton Architects) were able to construct a beautiful and precise building that did not deprive its residents of anything. Parking lies in hidden facilities, elevators go directly into each apartment, a large bicycle and scooter room gives residents ample space for storage, protected shelters against earthquakes and missiles exist, and a luxurious lobby welcomes people into the lovely building entrance. A special emphasis was also placed on the landscape architecture, giving the space even more unique beauty despite its small size.
