In 2004, The Boutique Group recognized the charm and vitality of the Florentine neighborhood. Together with our strategic partners, we initiated the first project on Chaim Vital Street. This marked the beginning of the flourishing of Florentine and its surrounding neighborhood.

An old cooling house with tall cooling towers on the rooftop floor, Chaim Vital Street 12 has a long history. The building permit was granted in accordance with our agreement to build while preserving and integrating the upper cooling towers in the project of 32 apartments.

Florentine Neighborhood. The Bohemian Heart of Tel Aviv.

In the not so distant past, Florentine was a neglected, dilapidated neighborhood. Most of its buildings were old and decaying; many were in desperate need of renovation. In the last 15 years, the entire area has undergone a tremendous transformation. Some of the formerly ramshackle buildings are now chic, architecturally designed buildings with cool shops, upscale restaurants and bohemian cafes. Florentine has even been compared to the elegant sophistication of the Soho neighborhood in New York. The attractive location of the neighborhood (near Rothschild Boulevard and Neve Tzedek), its hipster, relaxed atmosphere and dozens of diverse bars and restaurants have all contributed to this rapid transformation. After many years of decay, the Florentine neighborhood is now considered one of the most beautiful and artistic gems in Tel Aviv today.
